Memories of our Divine Mother: 15. PROPHECIES AND BEYOND 1) Linda Williams said: This input of new vibrations It was announced in the media that Halley's Comet had been spotted far out in the solar system. Mother explained that the reason why comets were, in the old days, considered to bring bad fortune was because they came from right outside the solar system and brought a different form of vibration with them, which would help people transform. But because most people do not want to transform, this input of new vibrations could cause a problem. Linda Williams 2) Mark Williams said: They just want to know you as much as they can I was interviewing Shri Mataji for a radio program in Australia. And I had finished the interview and I thought I'd be a bit cheeky now and I'd ask the questions that all the yogis want to know, like the answers to. So I was asking about Christ because in Australia we have this big problem with the Agnya chakra and everyone is quite judgemental and all that. Anyway, I started by saying, "What was it like when You were in the incarnation of Mary?" And She said, "Mary used to cry a lot." And She said Mary was made to witness it all in that incarnation. She was not active in that sense. She was just support. And then She was saying, "You know the problem is the concepts." She was giving the example of how they make Christ out to be very skinny and all that. And She was saying, "No, no, it was the opposite. He was very big and strong and very joyful" and all that. And, because of that, it is like an example of how the concept was all wrong. And She was saying that the problem is that when we deal in concepts, we get the Agnya catch. And She was saying that that's the problem with the yogis, that, more often than not, they are, in their ideas are — like this is the idea or that is the idea. And so I asked, "Well, how do we get through that? I mean.…" She said, "You have to use your heart. It is only with your bhakti that you can go through that." And so then I played on that and said, "Well, okay, Shri Mataji, we love You so much, like all the yogis. They just want to know You as much as they can, but You have this maya around You all the time. You know, the closer You get the further You are away because You just become like a housewife instead of this great figure. So we would just love it dearly if You could just pull back the veil of maya just a tiny, tiny little bit, so we could see Your form — perhaps." And She just laughed and said, "If I did that, you'd just all run away and commit suicide. You couldn't handle it. It would be too much. It is nothing like what you think it is." Mark Williams 3) Kevin Anslow said: A lady on a donkey I remember in a darkened room in Gower Street. Mother just had a candle going or an oil lamp. She got me to sit down in front of Her and She put Her Agnya finger on my forehead or maybe I put it on Her forehead. I think She put it on mine, but I really don't remember. And She got me to say, "What do you see?' And my father told me later he was worried I was going to say something silly — this little seven year old. And when I said that I saw this donkey, a lady on a donkey, I think my father was starting to sweat a bit. And then I saw a big monster behind it, chasing after Her. I think he was really beginning to sweat. Of course, I didn't know this and Mother said, "Oh yes, that's the Catholic Church, trying to attack the Mother Mary." And it was because my grandparents were bringing me up in Catholicism at that time and I think that was what She was clearing out by doing that. There were a lot of little things like that which She did. Kevin Anslow 4) Bala Kanayson said: Kneeling by the chair in prayer We had an old Sahaja Yogini from Greece who was living near London. She kept pleading with Mother to have her own parents come into Sahaja Yoga and her parents were very orthodox Christians. So one day in about 1979, she finally managed to get an opportunity when her parents were in town and she was able to bring them to see Mother. And, of course, they politely sat in front of Mother while She talked to the Sahaja Yogis and so on. And then, when Shri Mataji got up and left the room, her parents suddenly got down on their knees and started bowing to Shri Mataji's chair. And this Sahaja Yogini was quite surprised. And they were in tears — that is, her parents. And she asked them, after they had recovered their composure, what had happened, what experience they had. Apparently both of them, after Shri Mataji got up and left the chair, both the parents saw Christ kneeling by the chair in prayer. Bala Kanayson 5) Linda Williams said: Like the clinkers of the furnace As we drove along the motorway [to a public program], we could see the orange sodium lights and ahead of us was the orange glow of these lights, reflected in the sky above London. Mother told us that, with his prophetic vision, William Blake, who was Shri Bhairava, had seen these lights and glow. He writes about the Surrey hills, which glow like the clinkers of the furnace and Mother explained that when She lived to the south of London, in the Surrey hills, in Oxted, She would look towards London in the night and see that glow, which looked like the glowing clinkers in a furnace. Mother explained how William Blake's prophetic works are all about Sahaja Yoga. Linda Williams Quote: The Surrey hills glow like the clinkers of the furnace: Lambeth's Vale where Jerusalem's foundations began, where they were laid in ruins, Where they were laid in ruins from every nation, and oak groves rooted Return, return to Lambeth's Vale, O building of human souls! William Blake (Milton)
