While making the comparative study and analysis of horoscopes of different Divine personalities a very pleasant and astounding observation has been made. This study has been described in great detail with specific analysis of the horoscope of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. The Divine personalities studied are Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha, Lord Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Guru Nanak Dev, Shri Chaitanya Maha-Prabhu, Adi Shankarancharya and Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. The data on the horoscopes for all others is taken from notable horoscopes by Shri B.V. Raman, the world famous astrologer.

It is observed from the various planetary combinations that the following combinations are very rare and are indicative of the Divinity of the person. These are:

1. Gajkesari Yoga or 5th, 9th position of the Moon and Jupiter. This indicates past Punyas, Punya Sanchaya or highly religious past lives.

2. Saturn aspects the Lagna, it shows the concern for the Masses and the ability for Tapasya – Penance.

3. Ketu the Mokshakarak planet should be in the 9th Dharmasthana showing the Dharma that is established within and not outwardly… and the truthfulness. This planet gives the capacity to go all alone.

4. Lagna being aspected by Jupiter and Lagnesh aspected by Jupiter is an added strength giving one the capacity to become world Guru (Jagatguru).

5. Venus or Mercury is the ruling planet in all the cases. If both are there it is excellent because both the planets are Dnyan Karak.

It may be noted that these combinations are present in the horoscopes of all the abovementioned personalities in different quantums (Ansha). In case of Shri Mataji all these combinations are present in full strength. No.4 combination and No.5 combination is particularly observed to be very strong in case of Shri Mataji as compared to others. Shri Mataji is born in Gemini Lagna (whose Lord is Mercury) with Moon in Bharani Nakshatra (whose Lord is Venus), which means She is under the ruling aspect of Mercury and Venus.

According to the birth horoscope and Sahaja Horoscope of 5-5-1970 Jupiter passed through Libra. Jupiter will again pass through Libra in 1993 and Sahaja Yoga will blossom in the entire world.

Shri Mataji is born with Rahu Nakshatra in Ascendant – Mercury (Gemini) and Moon in Bharanj (Venus) Nakshatra, clearly indicates that Rahu means Films, TV, Radio, (that is either principle) and Venus means Music, file personalities, artists can help. Mercury is the ruling planet of the present day politics (Sahaja can enter through present political system).

In the early Indian Politics at the time of Jawahar Lal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi, the ruling planet was Venus. Thereafter the ruling planet of Indian politics has been Mercury as all the important events took place on Wednesday. It may be noted here that Shri Mataji has both Venus and Mercury as Her ruling planets. Thus She has full sway over the past and future of Indian Politics.

According to the horoscope of Shri Mataji, Sahaja Yoga would have spread throughout the world and Shri Mataji would witness the Kalki power manifesting over the whole world by February 21st, 2013.

The date February 21st, 2013 is very significant and it closely corresponds with the date of December 21st, 2012, which the ancient Maya believed to be the Earth's final day. Although separated by two months, these two dates probably point to the same momentous and epochal event. The Maya claimed that this future end-time could include a catastrophic magnetic pole reversal of the planet Earth, a solar shift, a Venus transit and mounting earthquakes, among other catastrophes. On the other hand, other experts claim that the Mayans might not have claimed that the year 2012 would necessarily be the "end of days," but perhaps just the end of an age. Many cycles are said to begin on that same date. The belief is that Mother Earth as a living entity will transcend to another level or frequency or consciousness and a new and special era will begin. The preparation for this new age is now in the womb of the Mother Earth, so to speak, and the process of change is bringing transcendental manifestations, which as Sahaja Yogis we can all bear witness.

The Mayan calendar is recognized as the world's most accurate calendar, more so than the Gregorian system in use today. Its accuracy is said to be such that the Mayan calendar will need to be adjusted by only one day in 380,000 years. From astronomical observations measuring the precession of the equinoxes and solstices, the ancient Mayan or pre-Maya determined the date of December 21st, 2012, as the end of their Long Count Calendar, the end of time. This end-date of the Long Count Calendar in 2012, this precession of the equinoxes indeed pinpoints a rare alignment in a vast cycle of time. On December 21st, 2012, the galactic equator, the mid point of our galaxy, will cross the ecliptic path of the sun, creating a rare conjunction of the winter solstice.

A new precessional cycle is a very significant event indeed. It happens only once every 25,800 years. The classical Maya who apparently were masters of large cycles of time, believed that a precessional cycle marked a specific time of spiritual evolution. Thus, a new cycle of spiritual evolution is now beginning a marked by their 2012 calendar end-point. Also, this is the date on which the earth will pass over from Pisces and the new Age of Aquarius will truly begin; in Sahaj terminology this date will herald the start of Satya Yuga. Below is a passage showing how the onset of Satya Yuga is described in the Devi Bhagavatam. Note that when Satya Yuga is truly established, in the words of the Devi Bhagavatam, "...and all will meditate on the Devî." Can anybody doubt that eventual victory will belong to the Divine Mother?

"O Nârada! Thus, when the Kali will have its full play, the whole world will be filled with Mlechchas, the trees will be one hand high and the men will be of the size of a thumb. Then the most powerful Bhagavân Nârâyana will incarnate in His part in the house of a Brâhmin named Visnujas'â as his son. Mounted on a long horse, holding a long sword He will make the world free of the Mlechchas in three nights. Then he will disappear from the face of the Earth and She will be without any sovereign and be filled with robbers. There will be incessant rain, for six nights and it will rain and rain and the whole earth will be deluged; no traces of men, houses, and trees. After this the Twelve Suns will rise simultaneously and by their rays the whole water will be dried up and the earth will become level. Thus the dreadful Kali will pass away when the Satya Yuga will come back, Tapasyâ and the true religion and Sattva Guna will prevail again. The Brâhmins will practise Tapasyâ, they will be devoted to Dharma and the Vedas. The women will be chaste and religious in every house. Again the wise and intelligent Ksattriyas devoted to the Brâhmanas will occupy the royal thrones and their might, devotion to Dharma and love for good deeds will increase. The Vais'yas will again go on with their trades and their devotion to their trade and the Brâhmins will be reestablished. The S'ûdras, too, will be again virtuous, and serve the Brâhmins. Again the Brâhmins, Ksattriyas, and Vais'yas and their families will have Bhakti towards the Devî, be initiated in Devî Mantras and all will meditate on the Devî." The above passage also makes an apparent reference to the Tribulation as believed by the fundamentalist Christians when it states, allegorically, that, "There will be incessant rain, for six nights and it will rain and rain and the whole earth will be deluged; no traces of men, houses, and trees. After this the Twelve Suns will rise simultaneously and by their rays the whole water will be dried up and the earth will become level. Thus the dreadful Kali will pass away when the Satya Yuga will come back..." If the beginning of 2013 is taken to be the start of Satya Yuga or the return of Christ as Kalki, then the seven-year Tribulation could be starting very soon.

So in just a little over seven years from now, to borrow from a famous speech, mankind will have its tryst with destiny and then at the stroke of the midnight hour, while the rest of the world sleeps (both literally and metaphorically), the realized souls of the world will awaken to a new world, the new age of enlightenment, the Satya Yuga! But on the other hand, if we do not live up to our responsibilities over the next seven years and if there is no or insufficient spiritual transformation and awakening in mankind, then we could all wake up to the nightmare of Tandava! the Dance of Sadashiva. The ancient Mayans have foreseen the possible outcomes. It is all up to us now as the rest of mankind nonchalantly lays, unaware, teetering on the brink.

This is an eye-opener, for me at least, because i somehow missed/overlooked this vital prophecy. Thank you for the audio link because it confirms the solemn and dignified ceremony during which Her horoscope was read. Your penetrating insight into Her horoscope speech could not have come at a better time.

My pranaam to you for making clear what is really at stake:

So we have seven years to achieve that goal. I am very happy to hear this and will work 24/7, along with all the great souls who accompanied the Devi, to bring forth Satya Yuga by February 21st, 2013. Chandra, this is really fantastic news that should rejuvenate and galvanize us SYs to redouble our efforts to ensure the victory of the Divine Mother. With all the emerging technologies we can definitely achieve that in seven years ...... and we have ample time to finance the whole project too! SEVEN YEARS!!! This is absolutely wonderful news.

Moreover, as the year 2013 approaches, more and more people will start talking about this extremely rare and unprecedented cosmic alignment. Do we all see the enormous potential and opportunity offered to us SYs? Are we able to see the invisible tomorrow so that we can finally achieve what looks impossible today?

i am contemplating adding another heading titled "December 21, 2012" or something to that effect onto the (Christian) www.adishakti.org website. i was wondering if you would want to work on that since you were the one who brought it out in the first place, are knowledgeable of it, and have the spiritual maturity to understand it in relation to Her Divine Message. Other SYs may help if they wish. (The Textpattern format is still in its infancy and may take quite a while to initiate.)

i believe that in future more and more seekers will start searching for it on the internet. If we SYs can have well articulated web pages explaining it in relation to the Divine Message i am sure we can generate more interest in Sahaja Yoga. December 21, 2012 will definitely be a topic discussed by many spiritual beings over the years, and that interest will pick up pace over the years. This topic will definitely be a great opportunity to tell the world about Shri Mataji and give hope that humanity also has the chance to turn that foreboding event into one of greater expectations i.e., the commencement of Satya Yuga on 21 February 2013.

Thanks for the honesty. i will use/work whatever you have provided and try to come up with a presentable topic. i think giving Feb. 21, 2013 as an alternative to Dec. 21, 2012 will be a win win toss as far as the Mayan calendar and commencement of Satya Yuga is concerned. We are saying that, foreboding as the former is, there is a chance of Satya Yuga taking place. ........ and we have a great head start of seven years!

February 21 is just four days away and i will finish it by then. That will give us exactly seven years to fulfill Shri Mataji's horoscope. And this Feb. 21 is a Tuesday, a most auspicious day and date to upload. And i will also upload the new www.adi-shakti.org website on this propitious Tuesday too. Many great things have happened on a Tuesday. i know this auspicious coincidence will bear great fruits in the future. May we all work collectively from that day onwards to fulfill Shri Mataji's Vision by Feb. 21, 2013. We can do it in seven years! Dear All,

After writing this email i set about organizing the task at hand. The weather outside suddenly turned from a quiet calm to stormy as violent winds lashed all around. i could see the abrupt change as very strong gusts of wind violently shook the trees and shrubs, a scene never experienced on such a scale in all my years in Montreal. Even my children returning for lunch spoke of the extreme wind that literally pushed them across the icy streets. My daughter best described her experience when she replied that "It was like I was floating", lightweight as she is. Her brother Arwinder, the hardiest of the lot used to extreme weather, also admitted that he had never felt such strong winds before.

For me the Paramchaitanya is conscious of what is happening and on special occasions responds in acknowledgement, like the first day Lalita told me that she also meets and meditates with Shri Mataji. At that time the response was sudden bursts of thunder and lightning to acknowledge it was true.

"Papa, Yesterday I Saw Shri Mataji."

The same thunder and lightning was displayed prior to the angels descending between July 14-16, 1995, for the Guru Puja, Camp Talooli, Syracuse, USA to fulfil a great Sure Sign of the Qur'an.

Angels Sent Forth Have Arrived

Today the Paramchaitanya responded with a massive burst of violent winds, as if acknowledging that all negativity and obstacles obstructing the path of Satya Yuga will be destroyed. Deep in my heart i know this to be true since i stood and watched the mighty display of the Paramchaitanya that acknowledged Satya Yuga will commence by February 21, 2013 as Shri Mataji's horoscope predicts.

i have thus set up www.adi-shakti.org and will upload a single page on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 to mark the first day of the seven years remaining for Satya Yuga. Does anyone know how to set up a digital clock that can count down the days? i really want to have it on the homepage so that visitors can know a Golden Age is approaching.

In the meantime i will be adding another heading "Mayan Prophecy 12-21-2012" to www.adishakti.org. One of the pages will explain that great spiritual souls are working to consciously usher Satya Yuga, and that a new age, not an end-date, will commence. THE MAYAN CALENDAR END-DATE

Most of us are not archaeologists or astronomers, anthropologists or astrologers. Yet the majority of what is written about one of the most exciting and relevant subjects of our day - the approaching Winter Solstice 2012 end-date of the Mayan Calendar - appears in words aimed at specialists and couched in language that can be hard to read. This article is written for the Everyday Earthling who may be hearing a lot about the Mayans, their calendars, hieroglyphs and mysterious temples scattered throughout the jungles of Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and Honduras.

Let us begin with some questions. Why is there so much talk about the "end of the Mayan calendar" and what does it mean? Is there something significant we should know about the Winter Solstice date of December 21, 2012? How were the Mayans able to track long periods of time and why would they want to? Why should we care about the Mayans today? Is there anything we can learn from them? I'll begin by sharing how my own interest in the subject developed and go on from there.

I first learned about the Mayans in 1987 from Jose Arguelles' book The Mayan Factor. It was during the months leading up to the event known as Harmonic Convergence that Arguelles, artist and visionary, introduced me to the 20 Mayan daysigns and the thirteen Mayan numbers - and to the wonderfully engaging and mysterious 260 day Mayan ceremonial calendar, called the Tzolkin (pronounced chol-kin). My pursuit of knowledge about pre-Columbian culture had begun.

A great deal of scientific and visionary research work has been done about the Mayans, so I started reading. I learned that the Mayans tracked cycles within cycles within cycles of time. Their calendar acted as a harmonic calibrator, linking and coordinating the earthly, lunar, solar and galactic seasons in an aesthetically simple and elegant manner. The provocative simplicity of the daysigns and the sheer harmony of the calendar drew me in. Then a landmark article by John Major Jenkins appeared in Mountain Astrologer magazine in 1994, revealing for the first time in our era the true meaning of the end-date.

Is there something significant we should know about the Winter Solstice date of December 21, 2012? Yes. On this day a rare astronomical and Mayan mythical event occurs. In astronomic terms, the Sun conjuncts the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. The Milky Way, as most of us know, extends in a general north-south direction in the night sky. The plane of the ecliptic is the track the Sun, Moon, planets and stars appear to travel in the sky, from east to west. It intersects the Milky Way at a 60 degree angle near the constellation Sagittarius.

The cosmic cross formed by the intersecting Milky Way and plane of the ecliptic was called the Sacred Tree by the Maya. The trunk of the tree, the Axis Mundi, is the Milky Way, and the main branch intersecting the tree is the plane of the ecliptic. Mythically, at sunrise on December 21, 2012, the Sun - our Father - rises to conjoin the center of the Sacred Tree, the World Tree, the Tree of Life.

This rare astronomical event, foretold in the Mayan creation story of the Hero Twins, and calculated empirically by them, will happen for many of us in our lifetime. The Sun has not conjoined the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic since some 25,800 years ago, long before the Mayans arrived on the scene and long before their predecessors the Olmecs arrived. What does this mean?

Due to a phenomenon called the precession of the equinoxes, caused by the Earth's wobble that lasts almost 26,000 years, the apparent location of the Winter Solstice sunrise has been ever so slowly moving toward the Galactic Center. Precession may be understood by watching a spinning top. Over many revolutions the top will rise and dip on its axis, not unlike how the Earth does over an extremely long period of time. One complete rise and dip constitutes the cycle of precession.

The Mayans noticed the relative slippage of the positions of stars in the night sky over long periods of observation, indicative of precession, and foretold this great coming attraction. By using an invention called the Long Count, the Mayans fast forwarded to anchor December 21, 2012 as the end of their Great Cycle and then counted backwards to decide where the calendar would begin. Thus the Great Cycle we are currently in began on August 11, 3114 BCE But there's more.

The Great Cycle, lasting 1,872,000 days and equivalent to 5,125.36 years, is but one fifth of the Great Great Cycle, known scientifically as the Great Year or the Platonic Year - the length of the precession of the equinoxes. To use a metaphor from the modern industrial world, on Winter Solstice CE (Common Era) 2012 it is as if the Giant Odometer of Humanity on Earth hits 100,000 miles and all the cycles big and small turn over to begin anew. The present world age will end and a new world age will begin.

Over a year's time the Sun transits through the twelve houses of the zodiac. Many of us know this by what "Sun sign" is associated with our birthday. Upping the scale to the Platonic Year - the 26,000 year long cycle - we are shifting, astrologically, from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. The Mayan calendar does not really "end" in 2012, but rather, all the cycles turn over and start again, vibrating to a new era. It is as if humanity and the Earth will graduate in the eyes of the Father Sun and Grandmother Milky Way.

Why should we care about the Mayans today? Is there anything we can learn from them? The trees give us oxygen to breathe and help create the nourishing rains upon which we depend, sustaining life. We are missing these rains in places where the trees have been cut down or burned. Fires begin that nature can no longer extinguish. For the Mayans, trees were intermediaries between the physical and spiritual worlds, and absolutely essential to life. They believed that without the tree man could not survive and that "with the death of the last tree comes the death of the human race."

The ancient carved stones and the stars themselves tell us we are on the brink of a new world age. There is no reason not to take a leap of faith into imagining what may be in store. We may trust that it is time for humanity to awaken into a true partnership with each other, with the Earth, and the Cosmos. By accepting this partnership we may claim our birthright and become Galactic Citizens who care for and sustain the planet, thus sustaining ourselves. This is clearly the challenge of our times. Yet, arriving just in time and on schedule is the Winter Solstice dawn on the day we may remember that we are truly Children of the World."

Brutal 110-kilometer-per-hour winds, combined with a sudden temperature drop and freezing rain, wreaked havoc across the Montreal region yesterday.

The crazy weather caused fatal traffic collisions, forced closings of several roads for hours, and robbed thousands of homes and businesses of electricity for much of the day.

The wind was strong enough to rattle windows, lift the roof off a school, pull up bricks and whip people and vehicles across icy pavement like playthings.

Temperatures slid from 4C just before noon to minus 12 in about five hours.

Police say the fierce winds, flash freezing and whiteout conditions caused a massive pile-up on Highway 40 near Lavaltrie, about 50 kilometres northeast of Montreal. One man died and two women were fighting for their lives in a hospital after the pile-up, which involved about 70 vehicles, Surete du Quebec Constable Jayson Gauthier said. Forty other people suffered injuries, none life-threatening, he added.

The chain reaction began about 1 p.m. in the westbound lane, where roadside woods suddenly give way to open fields. Police and ambulance technicians worked for three hours to free drivers and passengers.

A pile-up involving at least 35 vehicles on Highway 417 east of Ottawa killed four people, including a man and his 2-year-old daughter. About 40 people were injured in that crash.

Yesterday was the worst day for weather-related electricity interruptions since the 1998 Ice Storm, Hydro-Quebec spokesperson Marie Maugin said.

High winds started snapping branches and power lines about 11 a.m. At one point, about 40,000 Montreal homes and businesses were in the dark. About 12,000 customers were still without power late last night. Electricity is expected to be restored today.

Across the province, Hydro-Quebec crews were busy reconnecting power to 157,000 households. Of those, 95,000 were still without electricity at 7 p.m.

An elementary school in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve had to be closed after the wind lifted off a section of its roof. Passers-by called police to say debris was damaging cars parked outside Ecole Champlain on Fullum St.

The winds caused the brick facade of a Chateauguay junior high school to crumble, causing an estimated $50,000 in damage. Since the interior wall remained intact, classes continued at Ecole Marguerite Bourgeois.

Employees in a 20-storey building on a Highway 40 service road in Montreal called police because they feared a massive window was about to pop out and smash onto the road below. The service road between Jeanne Mance St. and St. Laurent Blvd. was closed.

City of Montreal road crews were out early laying salt and gravel on sidewalks and roads but the heavy rains washed much of it away, said Michel Champoux, a spokesperson for the public works department.
