"Shri Mataji's mission is to save as many souls as she can.”
"Shri Mataji claims to be able to fully awaken the kundalini of others almost instantly. The process traditionally involves strenuous efforts, is difficult and is only achieved after many years of practice (Krishna, 1971). The speed she offers is possible, she says, because she is the Adi Shakti (Sajaja Yoga 1988, 8). Once awakened, either by Shri Mataji or her followers, the kundalini rises through the chakras until it pierces the topmost chakra, the Sahastra, and emerges at the fontanel area at the top of the head. During its ascent, the individual may feel tremendous heat. This, says Shri Mataji, is due to the kundalini burning off impurities in the chakras as it rises. However, once it has fully ascended, participants feel a Cool Breeze on the palms of their hands or above their heads, and sometimes more generally:
This happening of Kundalini Awakening and ultimate union with a higher consciousness are described by a Sanskrit word 'Sahaja'. This means literally born with or spontaneous.. This Cool Breeze is the one which is manifested by the all-pervading power of Divine Love.
(Sharma 1993, 55)
The benefits of an activated kundalini are said to include increasing good health and relief from stress (Sharma 1993, 57; Rai 1993, 46; Spiro 1993), a feeling of well-being, a more balanced outlook on life, the adoption of a more moderate lifestyle and the spontaneous abandonment of bad habits, such as swearing, fits of temper and addiction. A tract which is attributed to 'the Sahaja Yogis of the world' describes other qualities which are characteristically associated with devotees of Shri Mataji as a result of 'realisation'.
Shri Mataji is presented as a saviour who provides the ark of Sahaja Yoga for all those who would escape the evils of the world, and even its destruction. In Indian mythology, it is the god Vishnu who incarnates for the tenth time as Sri Kalki and destroys the wicked in the Kali Yuga. A new age will then commence 'with men of purity and brightness, over whom Vishnu will reign forever' (Walker, 1968: 512)...
Sahaja Yoga is presented as a final 'salvaging operation before the last sorting out' (ibid., 239). Thus Shri Mataji's mission is to save as many souls as she can.”

“Jesus Christ incarnated to open the Agnya Chakra and to dissolve our ego. My job is to awaken your Kundalini Power so that it could pierce your Sahasrara Chakra. This work is of a collective nature. I have therefore to do it in the case of one and all. I want to tell you about Jesus Christ, Guru Nanaka, King Janaka and a number of other Incarnations and the way they relate with the Collectivity. Similarly, I wish to talk to you about Incarnations of Shri Rama, Shri Krishna, ecetera and also about Shri Shiva because all the Powers of these Gods and Deities are in us. Now the Time has come for Collective Consciousness to manifest.
In this KaliYuga all those who are seeking God shall find Him and millions of people will be able to do so. Sahaja Yoga is the Last Judgment. This is described in the Bible. You are judged only after you come to Sahaja Yoga. . ..
The Judgment in this matter is to be made by the individual himself. It is only when you stabilize in Sahaja Yoga that the state of thoughtless awareness is established. So long as the Kundalini Power does not pass through the Agnya Chakra the state of thoughtless awareness is not reached. As soon as the Kundalini crosses the Agnya Chakra the thoughtless awareness is established. It is the Power of Shri Jesus which is instrumental in opening the subtle door located above the Agnya Chakra. For that purpose you are to recite the Lord's Prayer composed by Jesus Christ. After crossing this Door the Kundalini Power enters the limbic area of the brain. It is after the Kundalini enters this area, which is also termed as the Kingdom of God, that the state of thoughtless awareness is established.”

"In the dawning of the Aquarian Age, every person will be their own priest and healer.”
“A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. There are many that are quick to profess that they are 'experts.' However, in reality, they have very little experience and/or training. The student can often fall into this glamour and be taken or misled.
In the dawning of the Aquarian Age, every person will be their own priest and healer. This should be kept in mind by those who are seeking to be 'shepherds of time.' Like Socrates, the counsellors should be adept in awakening the inner intelligence of those who seek his/her advice.
Counsellors should use mystical, metaphysical, and psychological means, instead of simply repeating scriptural verses. Metaphysical and spiritual teachers should strive to connect every person to their own Inner Light and innate wisdom.
Cosmic energies can be harnessed by the knowing of their source, nature, and how they operate. At a certain point of one's probing into reality, the intellect has to be transcended and a higher faculty of the soul activated.
The metaphysical counselor also must unfold the divine qualities of wisdom, love, power, and intelligence, to be an active instrument in the hands of the Divine Being.
The metaphysician also has to awaken a sense of responsibility in his clients, advising them control of their thoughts and manifestations.
One's spiritual standing has to be seen and proved sincere on a daily basis. This is where the statement 'Practice what one preaches' comes in. The true metaphysical teacher knows that spiritual teachings can not be given in one session. It takes time for spiritual growth to happen.”
