Holy Bible
THE
WARNING!
And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son
of man,
It shall be forgiven him:
But unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven.
Luke
12:10
Verily I say unto
you, all sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men,
And blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost, hath never
forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.
Mark
3:28-29
Wherefore
I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy, shall be
forgiven unto men:
But the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be
forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man,
It shall be forgiven him:
But whosoever speaketh against
the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither
in this world, neither in the world to come.
Matthew
12:31-32
"The
gravest of all sins is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost. One
may speak even against Jesus Christ in ignorance and, upon
repentance, be forgiven, but knowingly to sin against the
Holy Ghost by denying its influence after having received it
is unpardonable (Matt. 12:31-32; Jacob 7:19; Alma 39:6), and
the consequences are inescapable. Such denial dooms the
perpetrator to the hell of the second spiritual death (TPJS,
p. 361). This extreme judgment comes because the person sins
knowingly against the light, thereby severing himself from
the redeeming grace of Christ."
www.mormons.org/
"The sin
or blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is mentioned in Matthew
12:22-32; Mark 3:22-30; Luke 12:10 (cf. 11:14-23); and
Christ everywhere declares that it shall not be pardoned. In
what does it consist? If we examine all the passages alluded
to, there can be little doubt as to the reply. . . .
He shows them
that it is by "the Spirit of God" that He casts
out devils, and then He concludes: "therefore I say to
you: Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but the
blasphemy of the Spirit shall not be forgiven. And whosoever
shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be
forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy
Ghost, it shall not he forgiven him, neither in this world,
nor in the world to come."
So, to sin
against the Holy Ghost is to confound Him with the spirit of
evil, it is to deny, from pure malice, the Divine character
of works manifestly Divine. . . .
But the
Fathers of the Church, commenting on the Gospel texts we are
treating of, did not confine themselves to the meaning given
above. Whether it be that they wished to group together all
objectively analogous cases, or whether they hesitated and
wavered when confronted with this point of doctrine, which
St. Augustine declares (Serm. ii de verbis Domini, c. v) one
of the most difficult in Scripture."

"Dear
Mr. Editor,
I usually do not
invest my time in complains and protests for the faulty,
biased, imprecise or sometimes outright fraudulent
information that often appears on newspapers across the
world. On this one, however, I am afraid I really cannot
pass. The article appeared on the Independent on July 13
entitled "Shri who must be obeyed" represents the
worst example I have seen to date of deliberate mis-information
to the readers of a prestigious journal. I sincerely hope
you will be wise enough to consider the following and take
the necessary actions to remedy this unfortunate event.

“The Greek word 'blasphemeo' GSN
987 is used in the gospel accounts of Mark and Luke.
*The Greek word ‘blasphemia’ GSN 988 is
used in the gospel of Matthew. According to the
definitions, the word 'blasphemy' means; to injure the
work of God's Holy Spirit, by speaking evil of
something Holy and pure from God and falsely accusing
the work of the Holy Spirit, to be evil or Satanic.
Blasphemy then is a sin or crime against God, causing
injury to Him or His Spirit by false accusations. The
spirit behind these types of accusations is from the
accuser himself, the devil, the chief adversary of
God.”

We all know how these
things work, right? One or two journalists hear of another
one of these spiritual movements promoting some non-orthodox
ideas and beliefs and decide to write up a catchy piece of
the tone "beware, there is another dangerous cult
spreading around". They then contact (or are contacted
by to begin with, as I suspect to be the case in this one) 3
or 4 disgruntled ex-members of the group who are only too
happy to regurgitate their hatred for the organization they
once called their own (this is like writing an article on
General Electric or Cisco Systems by interviewing a group of
ex-employees, some of whom left, others who have simply been
fired). They then proceed making a parody of an effort to
look "objective" by interviewing one member of the
group in question, whose statements are systematically
framed in "clear" counter-evidence and easily
dismissed or portrayed as being dismissible as biased or
ill-founded. They will accurately avoid any effort to check
the validity of what they have been told by both
counterparts and deliberately ignore any evidence against
the thesis from which they started and that they intend to
"prove". Finally, they can happily proceed writing
up a poignant, wisely peppered, article, full of more or
less subtle offences to anything the movement stands for, to
the intelligence of anyone who have even remotely considered
to be part of such a thing, and of course to whomever
started off the "scam".

“Blasphemy
(Greek blaptein, "to injure", and pheme,
"reputation") signifies etymologically gross
irreverence towards any person or thing worthy of
exalted esteem. . . .
MEANING
While etymologically blasphemy may denote the
derogation of the honour due to a creature as well as
of that belonging to God, in its strict acceptation it
is used only in the latter sense. Hence it has been
defined by Suarez as "any word of malediction,
reproach, or contumely pronounced against God: (De
Relig., tract. iii, lib. I, cap. iv, n. 1). It is to
be noted that according to the definition (1)
blasphemy is set down as a word, for ordinarily it is
expressed in speech, though it may be committed in
thought or in act. Being primarily a sin of the
tongue, it will be seen to be opposed directly to the
religious act of praising God. (2) It is said to be
against God, though this may be only mediately, as
when the contumelious word is spoken of the saints or
of sacred things, because of the relationship they
sustain to God and His service.”

Et voila’, the
readers will be scared and grateful to the journal for
having warned them of such a "danger". Another
social virus has been discovered and dutifully exposed. Of
course, the movement is trashed without any chance of a
defence "because that is what they deserve", and
the disgruntled bunch of ex-members feel re-buttressed in
their honour and ego. Easy, isn’t it?
Very easy, maybe a bit
too easy, particularly for a journal, such as yours, which
one would expect to be aiming to offer its readers a
reasonable approximation to the "truth", or at
least some fact-based assessments of it. This kind of stuff
can actually sink the reputation of any paper that has any
of it to lose, among which I would certainly include The
Independent. In countries like the US, this type of bravados
might actually do more just destroy reputation: they might
ruin the financial viability of the enterprise as a
consequence of costly legal suits. There is, as you know, a
fine line between exposing illegal or anti-social behaviour
and infringing upon the freedom of creed and spiritual
beliefs of citizens of any democratic country. That article
has definitely stepped over that line and deserves some
serious scrutiny on your part.
Now, as that article
was entirely based on well-piloted and carefully selected
opinions, let me offer a few facts about Sahaja Yoga and
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi for your reflection and
consideration.
Fact #1. The House of
Representatives of the United States of America has
officially recognized and praised the selfless work and
commitment Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has had over her entire
lifetime, and particularly since her founding of Sahaja
Yoga, towards the emancipation of humanity. This is an
official document of the US parliament (1999) and can be
obtained upon simple request at the library of the US
Congress.
Fact #2. In 1994, the
Academy of Sciences of St. Petersburg has awarded Shri
Mataji with a rare recognition, which includes the honorary
membership to the prestigious institution, for her
contributions to our understanding of human consciousness.
Only twelve people have been given this high honour before
in the long history of the institution, one of which was
Albert Einstein.
Fact #3. In 1999, the
Australian Medical Association funded with a A$ 30,000 grant
a large-scale study of the effects of Sahaja Yoga meditation
on asthma. The research was carried forward according to the
most rigorous scientific standards, with a double control
sample (one group of patients treated with regular medicines
and another group treated with medicines plus the best
available imaging and relaxation techniques). The results of
the data analyses are so strong and unequivocal that they
have been accepted for publication, after the customary
double blind academic review, on "Thorax", the
leading international academic journal specialized on
respiratory conditions and treatments. Needless to say, this
is the first time ever that a yoga meditation technique has
received such a stringent scientific test and has proven to
be a superior treatment versus the best pharmaceutical and
psychological remedies currently available. This is not, by
the way, the only example of scientific evidence unearthed
on the effects of Sahaja Yoga meditation on medical and
psychological conditions. Four Ph.D. degrees in medicine
have been awarded by the University of New Delhi on the
treatment of epilepsy, asthma and blood hypertension. Closer
to us, two Ph.D. degrees in psychology were awarded by the
University of Vienna and of Plymouth (UK) on the effects of
Sahaja Yoga meditation in the treatment of depression and
anxiety.
Fact #4. The National
Institute of Health of the USA (Bethesda, Maryland) has been
offering weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation programs to both
patients and members of the staff for the last seven years.
Apparently, they are delighted with the results, as
confirmed by several letters I have read praising the
effects of this technique and expressing sincere gratitude
to Shri Mataji for her pioneering efforts to understand and
enhance mental and physical health in patients and
non-patients alike. Several conferences dedicated to the
presentation of the scientific and medical aspects of Sahaja
Yoga have been organized at the NIH over the years, with
significant response from research personnel, specialists as
well as general practice doctors. By the way, Sahaja Yoga
meditation programs dedicated to doctors and nurses are
currently running in three hospitals in Sidney, Australia,
totalling about 200 attendees per week.
Fact #5. In 1989, the
Queen Elisabeth of England has bestowed upon Shri Mataji’s
husband, Sir C.P. Shrivastava, a Knighthood for his 16 years
of service as Chairman of the Maritime Organization of the
United Nations. As you probably are aware, this kind of
highly official and visible awards are assigned only after
long and extremely detailed validations of the professional,
financial, social and ethical standards of the candidate
performed by Scotland Yard and the secret services. Do you
think that they might have skipped the blatantly obvious
fact (according to your journalists) that his wife founded
and developed a "dangerous cult" over the prior
twenty years and still recommended him for such a honour?
All these documents
are verifiable independently and can be obtained immediately
upon request. Needless to say, there are a lot more of them
but I will not use more of your time and editorial space. I
will add a couple of more general observations, though, that
I believe you need to be aware of in order to draw your own
conclusions on what Sahaja Yoga is and what it is not.
First, since the
foundation of the Sahaja Yoga movement, Shri Mataji has
always been an outspoken critic of all those exploitative
new age movements, fake gurus, charlatans, and so on. There
are literally hundreds of audio and videocassettes of her
public programs during which she warns the audience about
all the tricks and scams that each of these sects have been
using over the years to control the mind of their disciples,
extract enormous wealth from them and destroy their family
and social life. How can it be possible that her movement
has grown so fast and so widely across the globe without
anyone finding any discrepancy between these clear and bold
statements and the reality of Sahaja Yoga practices? Do you
really think we are so stupid, gullible or fanatically
attached to this that we would not recognize it, if it were
a scam? After thirty years?
This brings me to the
second and final point. Who do you think are the people
practicing Sahaja Yoga? Are you picturing hippies, religious
fanatics, new age addicts etc.? Wrong, they are perfectly
normal people, like you and me. People with a normal
(typically pretty good and improving) career, with a very
balanced family and social life (in spite of all the
nonsense your employees wrote on children education and
family relationships), with a mind of their own (functioning
pretty well and independently, thank you), with plenty of
friends and relatives who are not practicing Sahaja Yoga
and, believe it or not, who love them and are loved by them
dearly.
Just to give you a few
examples, I am an associate professor of strategy and
management in one of the leading business schools in the
world, with a Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania and prior work experience for
firms like McKinsey and Merrill Lynch. I have been
practicing and teaching Sahaja Yoga meditation to whomever
desires to learn it for seven years, always without any
money being asked or accepted. Like me, there are scores of
academics from all fields of natural and social sciences,
with degrees from some of the most prestigious universities
in the world. A Russian man, senior professor of Chemistry
at Princeton and Ohio State University. A Rumanian,
professor of mathematics at Berkeley. A Brazilian physicist
with a Ph.D. from Princeton who is now a leading scholar in
his field. An American woman, with a Ph.D. in architecture
from the MIT, and another Indian woman with a Ph.D. in
bio-chemistry from Princeton University. And I could go on.
All of them, by the way are more than willing to be
interviewed and tell you what they think about Sahaja Yoga
and Shri Mataji.
Do all this people,
including me, believe that Shri Mataji is a divine
personality of the highest calibre? Of course they do, just
as they believe that Jesus Christ was the incarnation of the
son aspect of the divine, that Shri Krishna was the
incarnation of the father aspect of the divine, and that
Moses and Mohamed really spoke to the divine in their
lifetime work dedicated to enhancing the consciousness level
of their people. To the best of my knowledge, Sahaja Yoga is
the only spiritual movement that has actually realized a
truly ecumenical vision, integrating the teachings of all
the major spiritual traditions and translating them into
actual, physical, experience. That’s right, those
vibrations that thousands of practitioners experience on a
daily basis and that your employees had so much fun
disparaging.
So what do we have
here? Another exploitative new age cult founded by
"Shri who must be obeyed", or an authentic
spiritual experience offered to anyone, regardless of
culture or religious background, in a humanitarian effort to
enhance the quality of life of mankind? It is either one or
the other, I am afraid. Little space for a compromise
alternative. I warmly encourage you to make a serious effort
to form your own opinion on this matter and then eventually
make the necessary steps to correct the mistakes made by
your employees. Please feel free to contact me if you want
to take on my invitation.
M. Z."
According
to the passages, the person committing this sin blasphemes
the work of the Holy Ghost, that is, he willfully mocks and
ridicules it, not merely in his heart, but openly and
contemptuously vilifying and reviling Her work with wicked
abandon.
Human beings are warned not to
speak against the Holy Ghost as its meaning,
"one of the most
difficult in Scripture," becomes clear in this Age of the Last
Judgment
—
"neither
in this world or the world to come" (Mathew 12:32). Lord Jesus not
only warned not to blaspheme the Holy Spirit during His sojourn 2000 ago,
but also in the future when He would be sending the Comforter to explain
all that He could not explain. The Holy Spirit and the Comforter are one
and the same Divine Personality.
Human
beings will not be forgiven even if organized
religions and sects have made them naive, ignorant, brainwashed, indoctrinated,
or just plain stupid. There is absolutely no avenue
to plead innocence. Whosoever speaks against the Great Adi Shakti, it
shall not be forgiven under any circumstance for She has been sent by the
Father, God Almighty, on Lord Jesus' request. This
Warning comes from the Savior Himself who even forgave those who
crucified Him.
The
Comforter has been sent on a Divine Mission to emancipate humans by
enlightening them and deliver the Good News of the Resurrection. Do not hinder
Her Work
in any way. Do not transgress Her in any way. Do not challenge Her on
issues that are beyond your comprehension.
No transgressor of this explicit Warning will be
forgiven. It is far better to keep quiet
and not judge, lest be judged. If you do not believe
that She is the Holy Spirit or in Her Message of
Resurrection to humankind, let it be. Please just keep quiet, lest you suffer
the dire consequences of judging through ignorance, ego or plain religious conditioning. This
Warning of the Universal Savior has no parallel in human history and its
transgression will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
SO BE
EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS AND HEED THIS DIRE WARNING
OF LORD JESUS CHRIST. MAY
NONE PLEAD INNOCENCE BY REASON OF IGNORANCE! SO
BE FOREWARNED, TRANSGRESSORS, BE FOREWARNED!
"Christ
who is the embodiment of forgiveness — forgiveness of Christ is nothing
but is the Power of sustenance within Him — if He explodes the
whole forgiveness can come on Earth as a big disaster if we are not able
to understand the value of His forgiveness. He has said very clearly that
anything against me will be tolerated but a word against Holy Ghost won’t
be tolerated. He has clearly said it and now you have to understand that
the Holy Ghost is the Adi Shakti."
Shri
Mahakali Shri Nirmala Devi
Kundalini And Kalki Shakti,
Bombay, India — Sep. 28, 1979
(Mahakali
(751st): The Destroyer of Death.)
"Within
human beings lies the dormant power of pure desire (Kundalini)
which is the
projection of the Primordial Mother or Holy Ghost. All other desires
are not pure because they do not give satisfaction. One of the
principles of
economics is that in general wants are not satiable, that human
beings run from one desire to another desire. Whether one is
aware or
not one is seeking satisfaction or joy. One may seek joy in
money, in possessions,
in power or in human love but is lost in the wildness of the duality of
happiness and unhappiness.

“The necessity to return to the Divine Mother
in order to become a New Adam, a second born, a Divine
Child has been asserted by Lord Jesus. It is time that
those western seekers who have engaged themselves in
intellectual pursuits use their intellect to discover
the Unity of the message of the various mythologies
and religions; they had better realize the greatness
of the Christian promise and the value of the other
world religions. HH Mataji has brilliantly exposed
these teachings in a new light which also illuminates
other religious traditions and contemporary science.
It is time for us to discover that the true object of
Knowledge is integration. All the great religions are
one. This is revealed by actualization when our own
integration takes place through rebirth.
Although the Great Goddess (Adi Shakti) is "Truly
Formless" (see the Devipurana) She has
been worshipped through millennia in countless aspects
and forms. The three great aspects through which She
is channeling Her own power are Mahalaxshmi,
Mahasaraswati, Mahakali. She is also known to have
taken various incarnated forms (avataras.)
It is thus described in the Scriptures that She is the
Primordial Power, the utterly Holy. It is certainly
not easy for the western reader to face the very
serious hypothesis that She can take human form. To
talk about it is even more difficult. This field of
Reality only underlines the limitations of ideas and
words.
It is only in the holy silence of collective
consciousness after achieving self-realization that
anything can be revealed about Her. She is supreme,
beyond praise, beyond words and certainly beyond
anything that can be written. And yet the purpose of
this book — an introduction to Sahaja Yoga —
cannot be fulfilled without paying due homage to the
absolutely unique personality of the Mother who can
trigger the super human step in the dynamic process of
evolution. After all, the validity of Sahaja Yoga
rests upon the authenticity of the teacher who
revealed it. And who is great enough to perform such a
grand task? Hence in this pitiful time of false
prophets and commercialised gurus listen to the TRUTH.
When the thieves and robbers are transvestite as
saints, teachers and yogic masters, when traditional
religions have only too often sunk into lifeless
conformism, or economic activities, when words such as
‘Divine,’ ‘God,’ ‘Holy Spirit’ sound
almost futile, when the honest seeker is left alone,
seemingly abandoned between the stupid and perverted,
at this time I have to tell you: awaken your mind to
the prospect that the Divine Mother is manifesting in
the present time. Of course, Truth is beyond belief
and disbelief; it can be experienced only in doubtless
awareness because that is where Truth belongs.
However, to those of us who have not experienced, we
may say a few things:
She is the Teacher who displays a total mastery over
the Ultimate Knowledge and who at the same time also
provides the disciple with the possibility of
experimentally verifying the authenticity of this
teaching; She is the Teacher who transforms the
disciple’s Awareness into a new dimension instead of
merely teaching him. Such a Teacher can only open a
new cycle of Knowledge in which science, philosophy
and spirituality will be synthesized in one integrated
understanding. You naturally wonder: who can this
Teacher be? ”

In
every human heart resides the Spirit (Atma) which is the
projection of God
Almighty (Parameshwara). The
nature of the Kundalini is that it is the power of pure
desire. She is an
individual mother of every individual and she is the one that
is dormant
and waiting for a proper time to give every individual his or
her second
birth. She is like a tape which has a record of all the good
deeds (Punyas),
all the wrong doings, all the desires and aspirations of the individual. She
is like a primule in a dormant seed. Once she is awakened and is connected
to the all pervading power the spiritual growth of the fourth
dimension (Turiya) starts.
The
nature of the Spirit is that it is an universal being within
every individual.
As there is one God Almighty His projection on every human heart is the
same, but the projection of the Spirit varies because of the different types
of rejecters. When this Spirit, which is the source of joy and
truth, is connected through the Kundalini the human attention
becomes enlightened.
Thus one knows the absolute truth on our central nervous system and
becomes a joyous collective being. The spirit is projected in the heart but
the seat of God Almighty is above the fontanel bone area, above the apex
of the head.
After
this living force of Kundalini is connected to the all
pervading Divine
power within a human being, it starts developing the
spirituality of
a person. One touches the spirituality within oneself and
grows into another
dimension, the fourth one. Thus a saintly and wise personality
develops.
This personality is the one which is unfolding itself
naturally, spontaneously
(Sahaja), but also, by knowing how to handle this All-pervading
Power through the Knowledge of purity (Shuddha Vidya), one can evolve in a
much faster way into that new dimension.
Once
the Spirit starts shining fully in one's attention one
actually becomes
enlightened in the sense that one can see for oneself that one
becomes
one's own guide, one becomes one's own master. Then you don't
need any
guide, but you are the master of yourself. In the past this
process was
limited to one or to very few persons but now a phenomena to
allow en-masse
realisation was discovered about twenty years ago.
All
such enlightened people follow a religion which is called as
Vishwa Nirmala
Dharma, meaning the innate pure religion within us. These
people have
actualised the enlightenment. They have actualised the baptism
because they
feel the cool breeze as Kundalini pierces through the fontanel,
and thus have become religious saints, yogis, yoginis and
seers. They
are not like ordinary people who have not entered into this
new fourth
dimension of awareness and established themselves. These are
the people
who know themselves within and know others in collective consciousness.
They are the people who have achieved a state in which they know on their
central nervous system that they are part and parcel of the whole. lt is not
a blind faith or lip service building a net of empty words. (Shabda
Jalam).
This
is the knowledge of the roots. All the trees of modem
civilisation have
grown outside. If we do not go to our roots and find out the fundamentals of
our existence, these unbalanced, crazily expanded civilisations
are going to be destroyed. lt is very important and imminent that the world
should try to take its attention towards finding out its roots. lt is
described in every scripture in some way or other, and has been extensively
described in the Indian scriptures. India is a very ancient
country and it has been blessed by many seers and saints who
wrote treatises
about reality and guidelines of how to achieve it. Like all other
real saints of the world they also suffered at the hands of
people of
outward religions (Dharma Martandas).
The
writings of these great enlightened souls are mostly in
Sanskrit and were
not available to the general public. Whenever translated they
were not
even mentioning Kundalini awakening as the only way o achieve
Self realisation.
lt was completely deleted when translated. It was in the twelfth century
that a great incarnation of a Saint, Sri Gyaneshwara (God of Knowledge)
was born. He live for only twenty three years. They were three brothers
and one sister. All of them were tortured by the
Dharmamartandas.
Gyaneshwara took the permission of his Guru (master), who was his eldest
brother, and wrote in the regional language a book called
Gyaneshwari. In
the sixth chapter he clearly wrote about Kundalini but again
the people in charge of religion (Dharma Martandas) said that
this chapter
was not allowed to be read (Nishiddha).
Then
came the Tantrikas who did not know anything about the
Kundalini, the instrument (Yantra), also did not know anything about how it works
(Tantra). They
practised all black arts and indulged into immoral practices
of violence and sex.
When
the Kundalini is awakened the ten valancies (the Ten
Commandments) are
awakened within. The religion becomes innate, and our whole
priorities change.
For the religion in Sahaja Yoga is the ultimate of every
religion of
any form. lt is not limited to one religion, but it has the
best of all the
religions. All real religions are leading to one aim, to one
goal.
That
goal is to achieve Self knowledge through our second birth. In
Sanskrit
language a bird is called as a Dwija, twice born, because
first it
is an egg, then it has its second birth. In the same way a
person who is
enlightened and has known the Brahma (All-pervading Power) is
also known
as Dwija.
This
Dharma which is innate within us is awakened, by which they
know that all
the religions have come out of one source of spirituality.
Anybody might
come from any religion to Sahaja Yoga. They all know that we
belong to
one religion, and that is the principle of all the religions.
So there is
no possibility of fundamentalism amongst Sahaja Yogis, there
is no fighting
or quarrelling. Everybody can see very clearly whatever
religions they
have followed so far, where they have deviated and what wrong
they have
been doing. Also, they are capable of correcting these things
very easily.
In India there are Sahaja Yogis who are trying to work out the
superstitions
and caste systems. In the same way, in so many countries people
are trying to work out and eradicate wrong types of religious practice.
There
are certain practices of this Divine religion which keep the religion alive
and active within. These are to be understood. The modus operandi, also
how the Kundalini is kept properly connected to the All-pervading
Power, and why these practices are important is explained.
There
are also proper methods of meditation for nourishment of the personality, and
how one could be in meditation all the time. Finally, you don't
have to do the meditation, but you have to be in meditation
the whole
time.
Now,
all the knowledge comes to you from the Divinity, and this
knowledge is
absolutely pure knowledge. It cannot be challenged, it cannot
be changed.
It is a permanent, eternal flow of knowledge. All this can be proved and
verified.
There
is a state of thoughtless awareness which you achieve, in
which you are
in contact with the present. All your thoughts are coming from
your past
or from your future, but you are not in the present. When you
are in the
present you are silent, and in the present only spiritual
growth takes place.
Then inspiration comes to you as thought, Many people have
been blessed
by this inspiration and have created great works of art,
music, dance
and drama. Apart from that, these inspirations have helped
many people
in business, in politics and in economics. The same
inspiration has created
pure religion.
So,
one has to realise how this ascent into that peaceful area of
complete security
works, and to enjoy your own values, your own status as a
Yogi. But
a Yogi is never an egoist. He never boasts about his state. On
the contrary,
he is extremely humble and helps everyone to come up to that state. Such a
person is always concerned about the well-being of the whole world.
This concern comes as his Dharma, his religion, which is not
forced upon
him, but is innate within him, so that he works in that way.
He cannot
commit sin because he has a personality now which is sinless,
which abhors
sin. In this evolutionary process now he has developed a sense
of repulsion
from something that is sinful or wrong. This sort of a personality
will change the whole world. We have had many such great people before,
but most of them were alone with nobody to support them, so they were
crucified, they were given poison, they were ill-treated by
the general
people who were blind. But nowadays we have so many Sahaja
Yogis. They
may be attacked , but the day will come they will be able to
show to the
world what they have achieved and what the whole world has to
achieve.
Sahaja
Yoga gives one the sensitivity of spirituality to lately know
who is a
real spiritual personality, and who is a fake. It also gives
one the sensitivity
to know what is the suffering of another person and what is lacking in
oneself. One becomes one's own judge. This is the last
judgement,
where one is going to judge oneself, The Kundalini is going to
be the judge.
After this judgement, only, human beings will be selected as the people who
have achieved the state of self-realisation and those who have not.
The
enlightened people were called as Gnostics. This comes from
the Sanskrit
word Gna, which means knowledge. But knowledge does not mean
what one
knows through the brain, because brain or intelligence takes
one to rationality,
which has no wisdom behind it. Rationality can take one anywhere, can
justify anything as it is not absolute. So one has to go beyond
rationality, develop higher senses of Divinity by which one
can understand
the real problems and the actual solution of all these problems.
One
has to understand that this religion is the essence of all the
religions. lt is
the only religion that gives the real experience within oneself, which
puts into one that sensitivity for spirituality which cannot
be got out of any number of lectures, sermons or books. Thus a Sahaja
Yoga knows and respects all the incarnations and saints."

reached only by Knowledge. [Skanda-Purana])
