The Divine Wind flowing out of those born of the Spirit within

I have been doing SJ meditation for last 2 months and have a common problem.

I am experiencing cool breeze on left hand consistently but nothing on the right hand. I have also experienced cool breeze all over body (central channel) during meditation but experiencing cool breeze on the right hand is possible only in front of Mataji's photo. I can experience some minor cool breeze (not like left hand) with strong desire to feel it on right hand but not otherwise.

I am also doing foot-soaking regularly but no sign of removing negativity. I do not know how long the foot-soaking is to be done. I am depressed since I feel something wrong which is obstructing me.

Experts on this issue may please enlighten me and others since this is a common problem.

Dear Katherene,

i just found this quote regarding the cool breeze (ruah) you are feeling and have added it for your information.

"Both of the major Hebrew and English dictionaries in use today include this definition, or one that goes very far towards it, among those appropriate for rûah. Gesenius's lexicon edited by Brown, Driver, and Briggs lists this as the fourth meaning of rûah: "spirit of the living, breathing being, dwelling in the flesh of men and animals."Under this entry, references are cited which more properly ought to be listed under this lexicon's first meaning of rûah," breath," including many that have been cited above: Isa 42:5; Zech 12:1; Ps 104:29-30; Job 12:10, 27:3, 34:14-15; Qh 11:5, 12:7.(5) In their lexicon, Koehler and Baumgartner list this understanding as the sixth meaning of rûah: " (breath, element of life, natural) spirit of man."

Professor Theodore Hiebert

You said that you"have also experienced cool breeze all over body (central channel) during meditation."

Katherene, you are one of the few SYs whom I know feels cool breeze all over the body. This is a far cry from the vast majority who only feel the cool breeze on their hands and fontannel area. Indeed you are well advanced than most SYs as far as the subtle system is concerned. Even I have not felt cool breeze coming out of my body even after a decade in Sahaja Yoga. I can say with confidence that most SYs have not reached your level yet.

Shri Mataji has said that spiritual ascend does not depend on age or seniority, as your case exemplifies. There are a number of SYs who did not feel the cool breeze for years. One of them is the moderator on this forum, Dr. Balwinder, who had to go to Belapur, India in order to feel the cool breeze.

Ending my 9-year wait for Cool Breeze 1
Ending my 9-year wait for Cool Breeze 2

So you really should not be guilty about not feeling cool breeze on your right hand. You should also stop footsoaking or doing any other treatments. Sooner or later The Mother Kundalini will clear the minor blockage (i call it minor because you do feel cool breeze before Shri Mataji's photo).

So Katherene you really do not have to do anything except to continue meditating. Those who are advanced in Sahaja Yoga use The Mother Kundalini, and not the treatments, to overcome their problems. Treatments should be used for major problems and your case does not justify footsoaking etc. Give yourself more time because 2 months is just too little a time for The Mother Kundalini to heal subtle system problems. In your case I do not see any need for any treatments. You are already well advanced.

jagbir

Dear Katherene,

i have a recent photograph that shows vibrations/cool breeze/divine wind flowing out of two devotees of Shri Mataji. Probably the photo was taken during the recent May 2005 Puja at Cabella, Italy.

Ruach (Cool Breeze) flowing out of humans
Ruach (Divine Wind/Cool Breeze) flowing out of humans

Please note that the person bowing has the cool breeze still suspended at its original position i.e., when he was still standing straight.

All who are taking part in the Last Judgment and Resurrection are being purified by this Ruach. So are you.

regards,

jagbir

So is everyone who is born of the Spirit (going to feel the cool breeze) John 3.8

"The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don't know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."John 3.8

"The Kundalini rises through a very thin line of Brahmanadi. In the beginning only a hair like thing rises, it pierces through; in some people ,of course, in a big way it rises also. And then it pierces this fontanel bone area which is a real baptism, real. Today only people felt the cool breeze coming out of their heads. Can you do that by jumping, or by paying money? They felt the cool breeze in the hand. It's written in the Bible, even in the Bible very clearly, that it's the cool breeze, cool breeze is the sign of the Holy Ghost. You start feeling the cool breeze in your hands and you start feeling the cool breeze on your head. This is the actualization.

Of course, you people don't read other books which are very good, like Adi Shankaracharya, People don't even like the mention of his name who has really and clearly said that it is the cool breeze; the chaitanya is to be felt like cool breeze in the hands. They do not want that you should know the truth. And this is the truth that when you get your realization, you have to feel the cool breeze in your hands yourself. You have to judge yourself. I'm not going to tell you. It is you who has to see, it is you who has to feel, and then you have to grow and you have to know all and everything; all the secrets of Divine Science. You become the master then, you are the guru.

You are the Spirit, and you should get it. It's your own which is given to you. I have nothing to do about it. I'm just a catalyst."

THE APOCALYPSE OF THE SPIRIT-PARACLETE
The fulfillment of the promised divine eschatological instruction
“The original meaning of the word ‘apocalypse’, derived from the Greek apokalypsis, is in fact not the cataclysmic end of the world, but an ‘unveiling’, or ‘revelation’, a means whereby one gains insight into the present.” (Kovacs, 2013, 2) An apocalypse (Greek: apokalypsis meaning “an uncovering”) is in religious contexts knowledge or revelation, a disclosure of something hidden, “a vision of heavenly secrets that can make sense of earthly realities.” (Ehrman 2014, 59)
Shri Mataji
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (1923-2011) was Christian by birth, Hindu by marriage, and Paraclete by duty.
“The Paraclete will come (15:26; 16:7, 8, 13) as Jesus has come into the world (5:43; 16:28; 18:37)... The Paraclete will take the things of Christ (the things that are mine, ek tou emou) and declare them (16:14-15). Bishop Fison describes the humility of the Spirit, 'The true Holy Spirit of God does not advertise Herself: She effaces Herself and advertises Jesus.' ...
It is by the outgoing activity of the Spirit that the divine life communicates itself in and to the creation. The Spirit is God-in-relations. The Paraclete is the divine self-expression which will be and abide with you, and be in you (14:16-17). The Spirit's work is described in terms of utterance: teach you, didasko (14:26), remind you, hypomimnesko (14:26), testify, martyro (15:26), prove wrong, elencho (16:8), guide into truth, hodego (16:13), speak, laleo (16:13, twice), declare, anangello (16:13, 14, 15). The johannine terms describe verbal actions which intend a response in others who will receive (lambano), see (theoreo), or know (ginosko) the Spirit. Such speech-terms link the Spirit with the divine Word. The Spirit's initiatives imply God's personal engagement with humanity. The Spirit comes to be with others; the teaching Spirit implies a community of learners; forgetful persons need a prompter to remind them; one testifies expecting heed to be paid; one speaks and declares in order to be heard. The articulate Spirit is the correlative of the listening, Spirit-informed community.
The final Paraclete passage closes with a threefold repetition of the verb she will declare (anangello), 16:13-15. The Spirit will declare the things that are to come (v.13), and she will declare what is Christ's (vv. 14, 15). The things of Christ are a message that must be heralded...
The intention of the Spirit of truth is the restoration of an alienated, deceived humanity... The teaching role of the Paraclete tends to be remembered as a major emphasis of the Farewell Discourses, yet only 14:26 says She will teach you all things. (Teaching is, however, implied when 16:13-15 says that the Spirit will guide you into all truth, and will speak and declare.) Franz Mussner remarks that the word used in 14:26, didaskein, "means literally 'teach, instruct,' but in John it nearly always means to reveal.” (Stevick 2011, 292-7)

I was the one who was born again and again. But now in my complete form and complete powers I have come on this Earth not only for salvation of human beings, not only for their emancipation, but for granting them the Kingdom of Heaven, the joy, the bliss that your Father wants to bestow upon you.”

The Great Goddess is both wholly transcendent and fully immanent: beyond space and time, she is yet embodied within all existent beings; without form as pure, infinite consciousness (cit) ... She is the universal, cosmic energy known as Sakti, and the psychophysical, guiding force designated as the Kundalini (Serpent Power) resident within each individual. She is eternal, without origin or birth, yet she is born in this world in age after age, to support those who seek her assistance. Precisely to provide comfort and guidance to her devotees, she presents herself in the Devi Gita to reveal the truths leading both to worldly happiness and to the supreme spiritual goals: dwelling in her Jeweled Island and mergence into her own perfect being.” (Brown, 1998, 2)
