The Holy Qur'n
Surah
75:31-35
1.
I do call to witness the Resurrection Day;
2. And I do call to witness the self-reproaching
Spirit.
3. Does man think that We cannot assemble his
bones?
4. Nay, We are able to put together in perfect
order, the very tip of his fingers.
5. But man wishes to do wrong (even) in the time
in front of him.
6. He questions: "When is the Day of
Resurrection?"
7. At length, when the sight is dazed
8. And the moon is buried in darkness
9. And the sun and moon are joined together that
Day will Man say;
10. "Where is the refuge?"
11. By no means! No place of safety!"
12. Before the Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of
rest.
13. That Day will Man be told (all) that he put forward, and
all that he put back.
14. Nay, man will be evidence against himself,
15. Even though he were to make excuses.
16. Move not thy tongue concerning the (Qur'n), to make
haste therewith.
17. It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it:
18. But when We have promulgated it, follow thou its
recital:
19. Nay more, it is for Us to explain it:
20. Nay, (ye men!) but ye love the fleeting life,
21. And leave alone the Hereafter.
22. Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and
beauty) -
23. Looking towards their Lord;
24. And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal,
25. In the thought that some backbreaking calamity was about
to be inflicted on them;
26. Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collarbone (in its
exit),
27. And there will be a cry, "Who is a magician (to restore
him)?"
28. And he will conclude that it was (the Time) of Parting;
29. And one leg will be joined with another:
30. The Day the Drive will be (all) to thy Lord!
31. So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray! -
32. But on the contrary, he rejected Truth and turned away!
33.
Then did
he stalk to his family in full conceit!
34.
Woe to
thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
35.
Again,
woe to thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
36. Does Man think that he will be left
uncontrolled,(without purpose)?
37. Was he not a drop of sperm emitted (in lowly form)?
38. Then did he become a clinging clot;
Then did (Allah) make and fashion
(him) in due proportion.
39. And of him He made two sexes, male and female.
40. Has not he, (the same), the power to give life to
the dead?

The
Mocking Disbelievers (Al-Kafirun)
So he gave nothing in
charity, nor did he pray! -
[5825]
But on the contrary, he rejected Truth and turned away!
Then did he stalk to his family in full conceit!
Woe to thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
Again, woe to thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
surah 75:31-35 Al
Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
(Abdullah Yusuf Ali,
The Holy Qur'n, Amana Corporation, 1989.)
"5825. His
indictment in this and the succeeding verse consists of four counts:
(1) he neglected prayer; (2) he neglected charity; (3) he rejected
Truth; and (4) he turned away. In 74:43-46, the four counts are: (1)
neglecting prayer; (2) neglecting charity; (3) talking vanities; (4)
denying the Day of Judgement; see n. 5803. Nos. (1) and (2) are
identical in both places, and Nos. (3) and (4) are analogous.
Rejecting the Truth is equivalent to talking vanities and making an
alliance with falsehoods. Denying the Day of Judgement means
behaving as if no account was to be given of our actions. i.e.,
turning away from right conduct."
Abdullah Yusuf Ali,
The Holy Qur'n
(Abdullah Yusuf Ali,
The Holy Qur'n, Amana Corporation, 1989.)
The above interpretation are general facts which do not take into account
the circumstances and gravity leading to these profound statements. The
lack of enlightenment among Islamic theologians regarding the Great
Announcement of Qiyamah has been due to these fundamental errors:
They have made it
appear as if the Almighty Creator is making general statements of
actions leading to sin. Such a casual attitude to a future prophecy of
paramount importance is due to centuries-old deep-seated disbelieve and
denial that Allah will reveal, promulgate, recite and explain
Qiyamah. Verses 75:31-35 narrates what will happen following the
announcement of Qiyamah. The entire chapter 75 is exclusively devoted to Qiyamah and any line of interpretation that does not make this a
cardinal rule will only mislead. Every single alphabet, word, sentence
and verse of chapter 75 talks about the Resurrection, and nothing
else. We repeat - NOTHING ELSE!
The ulema cannot explain why humans are still going about rejecting the
Truth on this terrible Judgment Day, while the Earth is being rent
asunder, eyes dazed, moon darkened and crashing into sun, trumpets being
blown, skeletons emerging from graves, and terror all around. It is
completely illogical that the vast majority of human beings are still
going about their ignorant ways, oblivious to the catastrophic chaos and
natural disasters of Judgment Day all around them! The Islamic scholars
have to disfigure this verse because they cannot figure out why humans
will be going about their normal business on Qiyamah, absolutely
unconcerned about their trumpeted Day of Terror and Mayhem!
Why has Abdullah Yusuf
Ali and his forty Thieves of Truth lead hundreds of millions into the
dungeons of their own delusion? Will they now please read Chapter 75 of
Al Qiyamah in the Qur'n a few times, and then answer all the
questions listed below that completely contradicts their Doomsday
scenario. Before answering please point to a single sentence, even a word
in the entire chapter 75 of Al Qiyamah that strikes terror!
1) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, not giving in to charity if it is the Day of
Judgment?
So he gave nothing in
charity, nor did he pray! -
Surah 75:31 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
And how will it be possible to give to charity if it is the End? or is
it possible because the Resurrection was preordained to last for decades
and hidden:
"Verily the Hour is coming - My design is to keep it hidden - for every
soul to receive its reward by the measure of its endeavour. (The Holy
Qur'n: Ta Ha 20.15)
2) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, not praying if it is the Day of Doom?
So he gave nothing in
charity, nor did he pray! -
Surah 75:31
Al-Qiyamah
(The Resurrection)
Why would anyone not pray if they know the wrath of Allah is upon them?
or is this indifference possible since many will dispute and dismiss
this Great Event of Al-Qiyamah and it is the task of His messengers to
just warn:
Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with God alone: I am only
to warn plainly in public." (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Mulk 67.26)
3) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, rejecting the Truth if it is the Day of Dues?
But on the contrary,
he rejected Truth and turned away!
Surah 75:32 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
How can disbelievers shrug off the death and destruction of Al-Qiyamah
so easily, or does reading these lines while there is peace and quiet
outside allow such a likelihood?
Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day, which ye cannot put back for
an hour nor put forward." (The Holy Qur'n: Saba' 34.30)
4) Why are humans still, on the contrary, stalking to their families in
rejection if it is the Day of Dread?
Then did he stalk to
his family in full conceit!
Surah 75:32 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
How is it possible for humans to deny such a terrible earth-shaking
devastation and still return to their families in rejection, or does the
present peaceful commencement of the Night of Power lull them into
disbelieve?
Verily the Day of sorting out is the time appointed for all of them.
(The Holy Qur'n: Ad-Dukhan 44.40)
5) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, talking in conceit if it is the Day of
Apocalypse?
Then did he stalk to
his family in full conceit!
Surah 75:33 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
How is it possible for humans to return to their families and defy
proudly without any fear about this Calamitous Day, or does
this present Peace till Dawn not disturb anyone?
Closer and closer to mankind comes their Reckoning: yet they heed not
and they turn away. (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Anbiya' 21.1)
6) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, rejecting it with impunity if it is the Day of
Death?
Woe to thee, (O
man!), yea, woe!
Again, woe to thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
Surah 75:34-35 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
How is it possible for such a Great Event to be brushed aside without
care or concern, or is it because the Day of Noise and Clamor is still
far off?
Woe, that Day, to those that deny - Those that deny the Day of Judgment.
And none can deny it but the Transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner! (The
Holy Qur'n: At-Tatfif 83.10-12)
7) Why are humans
still, on the contrary, defying with arrogance if it is the Day of
Destruction?
Woe to thee, (O
man!), yea, woe!
Again, woe to thee, (O man!), yea, woe!
Surah 75:34-35 Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection)
How are Muslims still able to so arrogantly defy their revered Qur'n
and the much-feared Doomsday, or does the present Night of Power allow
them this delusion?
And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass. (The Holy
Qur'n: Adh-Dhariyat 51.6)
8) Why are humans still
not afraid though the full glory and light of the Lord is Shining?
And the Earth will
shine with the Glory of its Lord: the Record (of Deeds) will be placed
(open); the prophets and the witnesses will be brought forward and a just
decision pronounced between them; and they will not be wronged (in the
least).
Surah 39:69 Az-Zumar (The Group)
Or does the present
Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future Day of Noise and Clamor
(Al Qariah)?
Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous
and bitter. (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Qamar 54:46)
9) Why are humans
still not aghast though the trumpets have been blown?
The Day when the
Trumpet will be sounded: that Day, We shall gather the sinful,
blear-eyed (with terror).
Surah 20:102 Taha
Or does the present
Night of Power (Al Qadr) commence before the future Day of
Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
Then will the true promise draw nigh (of fulfilment): then behold! the
eyes of the Unbelievers will fixedly stare in horror: "Ah! Woe to us! We
were indeed heedless of this; nay, we truly did wrong!" (The Holy
Qur'n: Al-Anbiya' 21.97)
10) Why are humans still not petrified though rejecters have been raised
up blind?
"But whosoever turns
away from My Message, verily for him is a life narrowed down, and We
shall raise him up blind on the Day of Judgment."
Surah 20:102 Taha
Or does the merciful
Night of Power (Al Qadr) go before the wrathful Day of Noise and
Clamor (Al Qariah)?
The Unbelievers think that they will not be raised up (for Judgment).
Say: "Yea, By my Lord, Ye shall surely be raised up: then shall ye be
told (the truth) of all that ye did. And that is easy for God." (The
Holy Qur'n: At-Taghabun 64:7)
11) Why are humans still not fearful though the heavens have been rent
asunder?
The Day the heaven
shall be rent asunder with clouds, and angels shall be sent down,
descending (in ranks),
Surah 25:25 Al-Furqán (The Criterion)
Or does the peaceful Night of Power (Al Qadr) herald the
devastating Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
But how (will they fare) when we gather them together against a day
about which there is no doubt, and each soul will be paid out just what
it has earned, without (favour or) injustice? (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Imran
3.25)
12) Why are humans still not screaming in terror though the Judgment
Hour has descended suddenly?
Do they only wait for
the Hour - that it should come on them all of a sudden, while they
perceive not?
Surah 43:66 Az-Zukhruf (Gold Ornaments)
Or does the warning of the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) pave
the way for the future Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
Say: "To whom belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth?" Say:
"To God. He hath inscribed for Himself (the rule of) Mercy. That He will
gather you together for the Day of Judgment, there is no doubt whatever.
It is they who have lost their own souls, that will not believe. (The
Holy Qur'n: Al-An'm 6.12)
13) Why are humans still not in terror though the sky is like molten
brass?
The Day that the sky
will be like molten brass,
Surah 70:8 Al-Mâárij (The Ways of Ascent)
Or does the cleansing Night of Power (Al Qadr) preceed the
regretful Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And they (sometimes) say: "There is nothing except our life on this
earth, and never shall we be raised up again. If thou couldst but see
when they are confronted with their Lord! He will say: "Is not this the
truth?" They will say: "Yea, by our Lord!" He will say: Taste ye then the
penalty, because ye rejected Faith.Lost indeed are they who treat it as
a falsehood that they must meet God,- until on a sudden the hour is on
them, and they say: "Ah! woe unto us that we took no thought of it"; for
they bear their burdens on their backs, and evil indeed are the burdens
that they bear? (The Holy Qur'n: Al-An'm 6.29-31)
14) Why are humans still fearless though the mountain are tossed around
like wool?
And the
mountains will be like wool,
Surah 70:9 Al-Mâárij (The Ways of Ascent)
Or does the present preordained Night of Power (Al Qadr) lead
the future Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
He said: "This is a mercy from my Lord: But when the promise of my Lord
comes to pass, He will make it into dust; and the promise of my Lord is
true." (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Kahf 18:98)
15) Why are humans still not apprehensive though the stars have been
dimmed?
Then when the stars
become dim;
Surah 77:8 Al-Mursalát (Those Sent Forth)
Or does the present compassionate Night of Power (Al Qadr) come
prior to the merciless Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And they say: When we are bones and fragments, shall we forsooth, be
raised up as a new creation? Say: Be ye stones or iron Or some created
thing that is yet greater in your sights! Then they will say: Who shall
bring us back (to life). Say: He Who created you at the first. Then will
they shake their heads at thee, and say: When will it be? Say: It will
perhaps be soon;A day when He will call you and ye will answer with His
praise, and ye will think that ye have tarried but a little while.Tell
My bondmen to speak that which is kindlier. Lo! the devil soweth discord
among them. Lo! the devil is for man an open foe. (The Holy Qur'n:
Bani Isra'il 17.49-53)
16) Why are humans still not frightened though the heavens are cleft
asunder?
When the heaven is
cleft asunder;
Surah 77:9 Al-Mursalát (Those Sent Forth)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) for Believers lead
to the future Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah) for
transgressors?
"Who will
cause me to die, and then to life (again); "And who, I hope, will
forgive me my faults on the day of Judgment. "O my Lord! bestow wisdom
on me, and join me with the righteous;" Grant me honourable mention on
the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); "Make me one of the
inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; "Forgive my father, for that he is
among those astray; "And let me not be in disgrace on the Day when (men)
will be raised up; (The Holy Qur'n: Ash-Shu'ra' 26.81-87)
17) Why are humans still calmly disputing Qiyamah even though the
mountains are ripped and strewn like dust?
When the
mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust;
Surah 77:10 Al-Mursalát (Those Sent Forth)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
On the Day that the Hour (of Reckoning) will be established, the
transgressors will swear that they tarried not but an hour: thus were
they used to being deluded! But those endued with knowledge and faith
will say: "Indeed ye did tarry, within God's Decree, to the Day of
Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection: but ye - ye were not
aware!" (The Holy Qur'n: Ar-Rum 30.55-56)
18) Why are humans still not groveling for mercy though the Spirit and
Angels stand forth?
The Day that the
Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except
any who is permitted by the Most Gracious, and he will say what is
right.
Surah 78:38 An-Nabaa (The Great News)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And they will be marshalled before thy Lord in ranks, (with the
announcement), "Now have ye come to Us (bare) as We created you first:
aye, ye thought We shall not fulfil the appointment made to you to meet
(Us)!":(The Holy Qur'n: Al-Kahf 18.48)
19) Why are humans still not praying though the sky is being ripped
open?
When the Sky is cleft asunder;
Surah 82:1 Al-Infitár (The Cleaving Asunder)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And thou wilt see every sect bowing the knee: Every sect will be called
to its Record: "This Day shall ye be recompensed for all that ye
did! (The Holy Qur'n: Al-Jathiyah 45.28)
20) Why are humans still not cringing though the stars are strewn
around?
When the Stars are
scattered;
Surah 82:2 Al-Infitár (The Cleaving Asunder)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And from
each people shall We draw a witness, and We shall say: "Produce your
Proof": then shall they know that the Truth is in God (alone), and the
(lies) which they invented will leave them in lurch. (The Holy Qur'n:
Al-Qasas 28:75)
21) Why are humans still not cowering though the oceans are swelling
with death and destruction?
When the Oceans are
suffered to burst forth;
Surah 82:3 Al-Infitár (The Cleaving Asunder)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
And those
who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We
join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught
of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. (The
Holy Qur'n: At-Tur 52:21)
22) Why are humans still not recoiling though graves are turning over
and zombies coming to life?
And when the Graves
are turned upside down;

Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?

swear that they tarried not but an hour: thus were they used to being
deluded! (The Holy Qur'n: Ar-Rum 30:55)
23) Why are humans still not shrieking though the Earth is being pounded
to powder?
Nay! When the earth
is pounded to powder,
Surah 89:21 Al-Fajr (The Dawn)
Or does the present Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future
Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
His
Companion will say: "Our Lord! I did not make him transgress, but he was
(himself) far astray."] He will say: "Dispute not with each other in My
Presence: I had already in advance sent you Warning. (The Holy Qur'n:
Qaf 50.27-28)
24) Why are humans still not fleeing though there is noise and clamor
everywhere?
(It is) a Day whereon
men will be like moths scattered about,
Surah 101:4 Al-Qárìah (The Day of Noise and Clamour)
Or does the present
Night of Power (Al Qadr) precede the future Day of Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah)?
My devotees! no fear shall be on you that Day, nor shall ye grieve,-
(Being) those who have believed in Our Signs and bowed (their wills to
Ours) in Islam. (The
Holy Qur'n: Az-Zukhruf 43.68-69)
There is absolute
no relation between the present Resurrection or Night of Power (Al
Qadr) and Judgment Day or Noise and Clamor (Al Qariah). They are two different and distinct times. The Islamic interpreters
have brought in the analogue of Judgment Day to the Day of Qiyamah - already
defective by severe misconceptions - and this leads True Believers (Al-Mu'minun)
astray.
An analogue is not a fact as it depends entirely on the line of interpretation.
Interpretation is not an exact science as it depends entirely on the knowledge
of the scholar. Knowledge is not an exact science as it depends entirely on the
depth of Truth. Truth is an exact science as it is not flawed by ambiguities,
contradictions, analogues, misconceptions, misinterpretations, conjectures,
speculations, half-truths, theories, guesses, mysteries, enigmas, fanaticism,
personal convictions or any other human deficiencies.
For the human race the difference now, as these lines are read, between analogue
and Truth is that between Heaven and Eternal Fire, Al Qadr (Night of Power) and
Al Qariah (Day of Noise and Clamor). The Revealed Truth of the Qur'n is an
exact science and beyond the present comprehension of misguided theologians. The
Truth of Qiyamah is a Divine Science beyond the present knowledge of all
religious institutions.
So you gave nothing in charity to help the spread the Good News of Qiyamah?
So you gave no financial support to advance the Message of Al-Qiyamah?
So you did not even lift a finger to help His Cause?
So you did not even pray that Allah will be successful in His Plan for all
humanity?
So you did not even look up to the heavens and wish that Allah will be
victorious against the evil on Earth?
But on the contrary you rejected Allah's Truth!
And scoffed His Sure Signs!
And laughed at His Announcement!
And ridiculed at His Revelations!
And smirked at His Plan!
And sniggered at His Promulgation!
And denied His Resurrection!
And defied His Great Event!
And turned away from His messengers!
And returned to your family brimming with personal opinion!
And went back to your friends bragging with speculation!
And strode over to your relatives with fanciful ideas!
And walked haughtily to your comrades with fertile imagination!
Woe to you, yea, woe!
Again, woe to you, yea, woe!
LAA UQSIM BI-YAWM AL-QIYAMAH;
WA-LAA UQSIM BI-AN-NAFSAL-LAWWAAMAH
I do call to witness the Resurrection Day;
And I do call to witness the self-reproaching Spirit.
What are they
questioning?
The Great Event.
That is disputed by them.
Indeed, they will find out.
Most assuredly, they will find out.
